We’ve made great progress at our Spur Line Common Community, in Waterloo! Construction for Building B has made substantial advancement with 75% of the building reaching completion. We are delighted to announce that many of our townhomes will begin taking occupancy this fall!

The remaining blocks of the Townhomes have progressed greatly, the final Block is underway with framing nearly complete and construction at Building B continues to progress with our teams working on all floors.

Work is coming along well in Building A as our teams continue to work on the interior while the structure on Building B is half complete. Construction has now begun on Block G of the Townhomes which means that all Townhome blocks are now under construction.

Construction is progressing well at Spur Line Common. The exterior stucco has been completed on Building A with the exterior railing expected to be completed shortly and the foundation is now complete at Building B. Construction is also progressing on the Townhomes with interior finishings underway on Block A.

Work continues to progress at Spur Line Common. At Spur Line Building A, exterior and elevation finishes are nearly completed and the underground parking garage is well underway at Spur Line Building B.

Spur Line Common is coming along after a busy summer and construction is progressing on the townhomes.

A lot is happening this summer at Spur Line Common, we’ve made it to the roof on Building A and work is beginning on Block C of the townhomes.

Framing is in progress on Block A of the the Townhomes at Spur Line Common. It’s so wonderful to see the Midrise coming together with the Townhomes.

Decor Appointments…
Our decor consultants are currently contacting everyone that purchased a unit at Spur Line Common Building A to schedule your decor appointment!! Now is the time to start thinking about how to personalize your condo.
Decor appointments will take place at our Spur Line Common Sales Office during business hours, Monday – Friday.

Construction has begun on the very first midrise building (Building A). If you drive by the Spur Line Community, you will see a lot of activity and it is going to get much busier as the months go on.

We’re very excited to start construction at Spur Line Common. At this time, we are expecting to start construction in Spring 2021. Keep an eye out for updated pictures throughout the construction process.
Décor Selections
The most popular question has got to be “when will my décor appointment take place?” This is definitely one of the best parts of the whole process and it’s your opportunity to make your home unique, so have fun! The selection appointments will likely begin in Summer 2021. You will be contacted by a member of our décor team to set up a time that works best for you.
