This is inclusive of our Reign Condominium building in Guelph, 2 Condominium buildings at Spur Line Common in Waterloo and 3 Condominium buildings at Lackner Ridge in Kitchener. This is the second year in a row that we’ve achieved this accomplishment and we are so thankful to all of our homeowners who have made this possible for us.
 
The momentum continues as we work towards launching more projects this fall including buildings 4 & 5 of Lackner Ridge, Wynstone & Hillcrest.
