Who We Are

Reid’s Heritage Homes is a family-owned company with over 45 years of legacy in the Guelph and surrounding area. We are most commonly known for building homes within master planned communities across South Western Ontario. The owners and principals, Tim and Charlotte Blevins are deeply connected to the company and its roots, they possess an inspiring commitment to excellence and the utmost passion for innovation.

At Reid’s Heritage Homes, we focus our efforts on building thoughtfully planned communities and buildings with meticulous designs and the most detail-oriented management when it comes to construction. Our portfolio contains both modern and traditional homes, from Bungalows to multi level mid rise buildings, Urban and Traditional Townhomes, Construction Management, General Contracting and project management services, and strive to build and enrich the communities and surrounding areas where we work.
