Meet the New Home Warranty Care Team!
Denise and Debbie are here to guide you through the warranty care process. We asked them a few questions and posted their answers below in order to help you get to know them a little better...
1. How long have you worked at Reid's Heritage Homes?
Denise - I’ve been with Reid’s Heritage Homes since January 2022, however, I have worked in the construction industry since 2005.
Debbie - I have been with Reid’s Heritage Homes since October 15, 2019.
2. What is your favourite part of the work day?
Denise - This is hard to exactly choose a certain time, more of a moment with service, I feel my favourite part is when you can finalize an issue for our homeowner either confirming the service appointment they have been waiting for or closing off the Tarion form.
Debbie - My favourite part of the workday is the morning. Starting a new day and helping the homeowners as much as I am able to.
3. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Denise - I would love to Travel to Fairbanks, Alaska and stay at the Borealis Basecamp to experience the Northern lights.
Debbie - I have always wanted to go to Las Vegas. I would like to go to the shows and the casinos there.
4. What is the farthest you've ever been from home?
Denise - Comox BC, I loved it and can’t wait to go back, house right on the ocean – offers such a beautiful view for morning coffee.
Debbie- The farthest I have been from home is Prince Edward Island.
5. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Denise - I wanted to be a lawyer, or investigator. I enjoy trying to figure out who did what and why.
Debbie - From the time I was 13 years old I wanted to work in an office environment.
6. Do you have any fur babies at home?
Denise - I have a beautiful Aussie/husky mix named Coco.
Debbie - I have one fur baby named Teddy who is a miniature black poodle. He is 3 months old.
7. What is the most played song on your playlist?
Denise - It’s a Heart Ache – by Bonney Tyler – I loved it as a child and still love it today!
Debbie - I do not have a favourite song. I like all the 80s music.
8. Would you rather have your dishes or laundry magically cleaned?
Denise - Most definitely the dishes.
Debbie - I would say the laundry.
9. What is your favourite junk food?
Denise - My weakness is potato chips.
Debbie - I like pizza.
