Construction continues to progress at West Oak in Kitchener. We're looking forward to welcoming our final homeowners later this spring.
Update: November, 2022
West Oak remains busy as we work on completing the remaining blocks. This fall, we are working to complete landscaping work in Phase 1 while driveways and sidewalks will also be completed in Phase 2.

West Oak remains active and busy with construction progress! Presently there are 5 blocks consisting of 38 units under construction.

Framing is complete on the final 2 blocks and occupancies will continue through this summer as this community gets closer and closer to completion.

Framing is in progress on the remaining 2 blocks at West Oak and 7 out of 15 blocks are now occupied.

Our teams have been busy at West Oak! Registration of the first phase of the condominium has now taken place and the second phase of occupancy is expected to continue through the summer of 2022.

West Oak is a very busy community. All foundations are now in and framing is in progress for the final blocks. There is work going on all through the community from framing to finishing touches.

We have come to an exciting milestone at West Oak. We've poured 11 foundations and these blocks are well on their way to being completed! These blocks are all included in Phase 1 of construction at West Oak. There was a celebration to thank our trades and staff for all of their hard work. This is a busy community and it is only going to get busier in the weeks and months ahead.

We are now well into 2021 and we wanted to provide you with an update on what's been happening at West Oak.If you have driven by West Oak over the past couple of weeks, you would have noticed a lot of activity going on. We are well on our way to seeing West Oak come out of the ground. At this time, foundations are being dug, footings are being poured and so much more!
Decor Selections
Decor appointments are currently being scheduled. If you haven't heard from your Decor Consultant yet, please be patient as our team meets with everyone that has purchased at West Oak. Start dreaming about what you would like the inside of your condo to look like!!
